Majid Foroozandeh is the founder of the Law Offices of Foroozandeh, APC, and serves as the firm's Lead Litigation Counsel. Admitted to the California Bar in 2007, he has built a practice spanning personal injury and civil litigation, immigration, employment, family law, and business matters, and has been admitted to practice before a wide range of federal courts across the country. He is fluent in English and Farsi (مجید فروزنده به زبان فارسی مسلط است).
Recognized among the National Trial Lawyers' Top 100 Civil Plaintiff attorneys — and Top 25 in auto-accident litigation — Majid brings a courtroom-tested approach to every matter. He is known for meticulous preparation, clear communication, and a willingness to take a case to trial when that is what a client's outcome requires. His appellate work includes Carlton v. Dr. Pepper Snapple Group, a published California Court of Appeal decision.
Before founding the firm, Majid earned a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Cum Laude, and an M.B.A. from National University in San Diego, followed by his J.D. from Western State University, College of Law, in Fullerton. That combined engineering, business, and legal training shapes the analytical, methodical way he approaches complex cases.
Carlton v. Dr. Pepper Snapple Group, 228 Cal.App.4th 1200 (Cal. Ct. App. 2014) — a published decision of the California Court of Appeal, Fourth District, Division 2, addressing the effect of an amended pleading on a demurrer. The Court of Appeal reversed an award of discovery sanctions; in all other respects the judgment was affirmed.

Beyond the courtroom, Majid is a published author of geopolitical thrillers and thought-provoking non-fiction. Explore each title below.

Majid's debut novel follows a covert operative who carries out the U.S. government's hidden agendas. In the aftermath of 9/11, his mission is to hunt down those behind the attacks — a journey that takes him, under assumed identities, from Saudi Arabia to Iraq to Afghanistan and toward Syria. Real history woven into gripping fiction.

The sequel to The Operative. Against the backdrop of Venezuela's 2002 coup attempt, French DGSE agent Angelique and her U.S. counterpart Michael undertake a perilous operation aimed at toppling President Hugo Chávez — a story of clandestine operations and international intrigue.

The Hidden Architecture of Global Economic Domination. A rigorous look at how global power is exercised not mainly through military force, but through rules, institutions, and financial systems that appear neutral while producing lasting inequality — documented through case studies from U.S. sanctions and China's debt diplomacy to the Greek debt crisis and NAFTA.

Embracing the Journey of Raising an Autistic Child. A compassionate guide for parents, caregivers, and advocates. Drawing on personal experience, Majid offers a roadmap from the first signs of diagnosis through school planning, behavioral development, and preparing for a meaningful adulthood — celebrating neurodiversity and every child's right to be understood and included.
Majid's own story is one of determination. Born in Shiraz, Iran, into a military family, he came to the United States on his own at the age of 15 to pursue the American dream — a journey that shapes the drive and discipline he brings to every case.
Away from the office, he is a lifelong athlete and adventurer. A PADI-certified Dive Master, he enjoys scuba diving, skydiving, flying, and mountain biking; he holds a black belt in Judo and plays the piano. He was also a candidate for the 1980 Moscow Olympics in swimming, before the Games were boycotted.
